MAXTON, FOX, BEARD
Seek information on the family of Amos MAXTON from Berks Co., PA who settled in Cynthian Twp., Shelby Co., OH ca 1850. He was married in 1846 to Nancy BEARD, dau/o John & Elizabeth (FOX) BEARD, in Montgomery Co., OH. By 1896 they had relocated in Miami Co., OH. Anyone else out there researching this family?

CLARK, MILLS, FLINN
William MILLS and his wife, Elizabeth "Betsey" MILLS from Essex Co./Union Co., NJ settled in Hamilton Co., then Warren Co., & then Cynthiana Twp., Shelby Co., OH. Known children included: Halstead Coe/Cole; Dennis C.; Philemon Elmer; Joanna/Jemima MILLS. It is said that there were six children. Who were the others? There is a Mills Road & a Mills Cemetery in Shelby Co. named for this family. Who were the parents of Betsey (CLARK) MILLS who died in Shelby Co. and is buried at the MILLS Cemetery. After Betsey's death, William married Joanna FLINN also with NJ family connections and it appears they moved to Miami Co., OH where he died. Seeking others researching this family.

Seeking researchers of the Michel LEHMANN / LEHMAN family from Schirrhein, Alsace, France who immigrated to U.S.A. in 1828 settling in Stark Co., OH before settling permanently in Ft. Bryan James Bryan born July 25,1786; died Jan.20,1842 and is buried in Presbyterian Cemetery and John Bryan who died Nov. 16,1859 and is buried in Staley cemetery. John's wife was Rachel Lear; James wife was Wilmuth Crumbaugh. Searching for relatives of Bryan's in the area.

PATTON, FRIESNER
My gr gr grandfather, James Hugh PATTON Married Lydia Friesner in Lancaster, Fairfield Co. or Vinton Co. Ohio in 1849. He died 12 March 1873.  I believe he and Lydia were buried in Mt Carmel Cemetery in Shelby Co.  I can't find out anything about him before.  Who his parents were, or where they were from.  They had 11 or 12 children. (Adelia E. v 1850, infant b 1852, Laura b 1853, Mary Ann b ??, Alice b ??, James Andrew b 3 March 1855 Watson, Effington County, Ill, Albert M b 1857,  Nancy b 1860, Thomas James b 1862, S. Olive b. ??, Eber Hugh b 10 Sept 1867  d 27 Feb 1958 (my gr grandfather) m Stella May Tripp, 10 Sept, 1888 in Macoupin Co, Ill. and Lydia Freisner b 1870. Emma Pearl BUCK & lived 1907 Noble Co, IN (likely father of Virgil O. the object of my search; Nette who m. Marion RIDER & lived 1907 Kosciusko Co, IN; and Amelia who m. Joel LEWIS is the only LEWIS I found in the 1840 OH census index for Shelby Co., OH.  He was living in Green Twp. He was listed  in the 50 & under 60 age group & his wife was  in the same age group.  Also 1 male of 20 & under 30, & 1 male of 10 & under 15 & 1 female of 15 & under 20.  Does anyone know anything about this LEWIS family?  I have Elizabeth LEWIS , ca.1825-1827  in OH, who marr.(1) Jacob HELMLINGER in 1843 in Shelby Co.,OH. & marr.(2) 1859 in Shelby Co.,OH. to Frederick RINEHART.Thanks!

In the Death Records of Shelby Co.,OH. by Verna Taglieber , there is listed Elizabeth RHINEHART, b. Shelby Co., d. 22 Nov. 1876 Pemberton-res:Perry-married-white-56 years #41 Bk1 p.49.  Does anyone know what Elizabeth's maiden name was?  I realize that the death records of that era don't have parents names listed unless it is an infant. Just thought maybe someone could identify this Elizabeth for me.  Thanks.

BULL, BULLE
I am looking for any information on Harry Lee Bulle. He was married to Bertha Fey on Sept. 4, 1898. After a while he disappeared and she remarried. I am trying to find a connection from Harry to a David Bull(e) who moved to Ohio from either West Virginia or Virginia.
