1883 Pensioners of Shelby Co.

In 1883, a list of all federal pensioners was compiled by the Secretary of the Interior.  In 1987, W. Louis Phillips, C.G. published Index to Ohio Pensioners of 1883.  Below, thanks to Mr. Phillips,  is all of the information published in the original list for those who lived in Shelby county, Ohio as of 1 January 1883.  The list mainly consists of veterans of the Civil War or their widows, but does include some from the War of 1812.
